Emily

Emily

Registered Manager

I truly believe that most people want to be looked after in the comfort of their own homes and this led me to my journey at Blue Angel Care.

My journey in care started at home, looking after my grandparents and ensuring they received the support that was vital to keeping them safe and at home. In 2018 I worked as a HCA in the hospital, I soon found out that this wasn’t the place for me. I truly believe that most people want to be looked after in the comfort of their own homes and this led me to my journey at Blue Angel Care.

Being able to deliver a high standard of care to people in their homes is one feeling I can’t describe. Shortly after starting as a care giver I was promoted to care specialist, and I am now a Care Manager. I take pride and importance in my job role and am dedicated to ensuring our customers and staff are happy and well looked after. I do everything possible to really understand the needs of both clients and staff and ensure these needs are met. I take great joy in being a part of such a well led team.

Emma

Emma

Care Specialist

I started working for Blue Angel Care on March 1, 2024, and I have learned so much. I thoroughly enjoy getting to know our clients with the support and guidance of a fantastic team behind me. From a young age, I always wanted to work in the care industry, aiming to be a nurse or paramedic. After school, I worked for the police and eventually became Regional Office Manager of the Crime Operational Support Team for the South of England, where I stayed for 18 years. After leaving due to relocation, I spent years raising my children.

During this time, I lost my 3-year-old niece to cancer and nursed my partner through his remission. This experience reaffirmed my decision to go into care. On April 18, 2024, I became a Senior Care Giver for Blue Angel Care. I enjoy every aspect of my role and feel rewarded for making a difference in someone’s life. Outside work, I support my daughters’ horse riding and gymnastics achievements. I aim to bring positive energy to our clients, ensuring they receive the best care and a happy day. The reward they give me is invaluable.

Zoe

Zoe

Care Specialist

My name is Zoe, and I joined Blue Angel Care in January 2026 as a Care Specialist. I chose a career in care because I strongly believe that everybody deserves the care and support they want, delivered with dignity and compassion. I feel my caring and nurturing nature is a great asset to the team.

I have a background in childcare, where I worked for 19 years. Transitioning from childcare into care felt like a natural progression, as I have always been passionate about providing compassionate, person-centred support. I also cared for my mum during her terminal illness in 2012, an experience that deeply influenced my decision to support others in a caring role.

Since starting at Blue Angel Care, my confidence has grown, and I continue to learn more every day about caring—something I am thoroughly enjoying.

In my spare time, I love spending time with my daughter, whether that’s going on days out or being creative at home. We also enjoy visiting close family and spending quality time together.
Laura

Laura

Care Coordinator

Hi, my name is Laura. I joined Blue Angel Care in September 2024 following the loss of my grandmother in June 2024. Returning to a career in care after some time away felt like the right decision and helped me rediscover my sense of purpose. I have over 19 years’ experience working across a wide range of care settings and have developed a compassionate, person-centred approach to supporting individuals with dignity, independence, and wellbeing. I am passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives and take great pride in the care I provide.

In November, I was promoted to Senior Caregiver, and in December, I progressed into the role of Care Coordinator. I am really enjoying my new role, learning something new every day, and staying busy, which I love. Working at Blue Angel Care has made me feel extremely welcome, and I have grown a genuine affection for the clients we support.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my family. I take my daughter to her gymnastics, and we love getting outdoors together and taking our dog, Ralph, for walks. We also attend church every Sunday, which is an important part of our family life. Family means everything to me, and I truly value the time we spend together.

Tia

Tia

Recruitment and Training Officer

I started work with Blue Angel care in March 2026 as a Recruitment and Training Officer.

My role is to onboard and support our care givers with relevant training throughout their career within the company. I take pride in my work and am satisfied in knowing our clients are well cared for.

When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my family being outdoors and taking long walks with our 2 dogs.

Caroline

Caroline

Senior Care Giver

My name is Caroline I’ve worked in domiciliary care for over 10+ years, I came into care purely by chance from recommendation from a past work colleague.

My working background is in child care and still is, I work 2 days as a Pre-school Practitioner and 3-4 days as a senior care giver. I started working for Blue Angel Care in February 2021 as a care giver, I was offered the position of senior care giver, and firstly I refused as I liked being out in the field with the clients and I didn’t want anything to get in the way of that, but when I was asked again I accepted, and I haven’t looked back.

I feel I have become more confident in my job role, learning more about care plans, reviews etc and getting around on the computer (not my strongest asset); when I see the clients they’re always pleased to see me, and I give them 100%+ as each and everyone deserves the best and that’s what we strive to do. Whatever role I’m doing I know that if I need it I can get help and support, no question is a silly question, I feel I’m heard and taken notice of. In my spare time I care for my partner and we have our son who’s in his late teens living at home, I do a lot of creating activities for Pre-school and if possible baking, which the office staff are often very grateful when they see me bringing them in.

Sarah

Sarah

Senior Care Giver

Hi, my name is Sarah, and I’ve been a care giver at Blue Angel for almost 2 years. Over the last year, I have progressed to a senior care giver. I absolutely love my job. I thoroughly enjoy all the time I spend with our clients during visits and reviews, and I enjoy helping new carers with their field-based training. Every day is different and very fulfilling; it’s a joy to help people in any way that I can. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family and friends, and I also enjoy watching a good thriller or comedy.
