Meet Our Home Care Team in Basingstoke, Hampshire

I started with Blue Angel Care in September 2018, opening our Basingstoke location with a clear vision to provide outstanding, compassionate care that truly puts people first.

I hold an NVQ Level 5 alongside qualifications in Customer Service, and I take full responsibility for ensuring that Blue Angel Care operates to the highest standards of compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements. Maintaining safe, effective, and well-led services in line with CQC expectations is central to everything I do.

I take great pride in leading such an incredible team, supporting staff to grow, develop, and achieve their goals while ensuring policies, procedures, and best practices are consistently followed.

Quality care is my passion. Every single client we support is cared for with the same dignity, respect, and compassion that I would expect for my own family.

Outside of work, I am a proud partner to Chris and together we have the most beautiful children, Cameron and Sienna. Family values are at the heart of everything I do, both personally and professionally.

I truly believe that when you love what you do, you never work a day in your life—and that is exactly how I feel about Blue Angel Care.

I started working as a Training and Development Officer for Blue Angel Care in February 2019.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my journey so far, training care givers and supporting them in their development. I love helping others make a difference for our clients. I am a mum of 4, and my children, even though they are growing up, are my absolute world. I love family time with them, and that is what I thoroughly love about working for Blue Angel Care: they fully understand how important family time is for everyone.

My name is Monika and I have been enjoying working with Blue Angel Care since 2019.

I have two children, and I live in Basingstoke with my youngest son. My job is not just a job for me because I enjoy helping everyone. I started working as a Senior care giver in 2020, and since April 2023, I have been working as a Care Specialist in our Basingstoke office. My role is to support our clients and care givers in solving their problems and meeting their needs.

I am extremely happy to work in our large Blue Angel family where everyone strives to do their best for our clients and their families. I am excited about the future and look forward to furthering my education and gaining more experience both in the office and in the field.

I joined Blue Angel Care in February 2023 as a Caregiver, completely new to the care sector. Although I had never considered a career in care before, I was looking for a change and decided to take the opportunity—and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made.

Through meeting and working alongside so many dedicated carers and wonderful clients, I discovered a real passion for supporting others. I progressed into a Care Specialist into March 2024, which I thoroughly enjoyed. As a care specialist, I enjoyed ensuring the care we provided met their needs. This then led to my progression into the role of Care Co-ordinator in April 2025.

As a Care Co-ordinator, I allocate care visits with a strong focus on continuity of care, ensuring that clients are supported by familiar caregivers whenever possible. This approach helps build trust and consistency for clients, while also promoting comfort, confidence, and job satisfaction for our caregivers and staff. I truly love working at Blue Angel Care; it feels like one big family, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see both clients and carers achieve great things.

I’m excited to continue growing and developing in my journey with Blue Angel Care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and attending car shows.
