I started working in care in 2016 working in a childcare setting as an apprentice focusing on SEND children care, I have since worked in a variety of different areas of care ranging from Adult learning disabilities, Dementia specialist homes to working for the ambulance services. I started working for Blue Angel Care in 2022 as a Caregiver.
I am now a Registered Manager. I enjoy my role as I am learning every day and discovering new skills.
In my spare time, I enjoy riding my motorbike and spending time with my family and friends.

I am fully dedicated to delivering the best standard of care to our clients by working closely with the Blue Angel Care team at the Central Hampshire Branch.
I joined Blue Angel Care in 2021 as a Senior care giver then shortly joined the office team as a Care Specialist. My journey in social care started in 2014 as a care giver, then over the years becoming an experienced Field Supervisor. I am fully dedicated to deliver the best standard of care to our clients by working closely with the Blue Angel Care team at the Central Hampshire Branch.

I started in care a year and a half ago with little experience. I felt part of the team immediately and had great training. After six months, I was promoted to Senior Care Giver. I had the responsibility of performing spot checks and helping out in the office. Now, I’m completing my NVQ level 3 and working in the office helping with recruitment and planning events. I have loved my journey so far and look forward to things to come. Her hobbies are spending time with her children and watching them play for the local football team, as well as socialising with friends in her garden, weather permitting.

Natalie started working in the care sector in 2009 as an ambulatory care worker and started working for Blue Angel Care Central Hampshire in January 2022 as a senior carer. She was shortly promoted to the office team as a care specialist. Natalie has progressed and completed the team’s Coordination and client assessments/reviews. Hobbies are spending time with family and friends and horse riding when time allows.
