Our founders are Dariusz Motyka and Zul Mamon, who discovered they have the same values while working together for agencies providing home care in London. Read on to find out more about our story.
Dariusz Motyka, Managing Director
Dariusz was born in Poland and has been working since the age of 14. He has been specializing in the care industry since 2004 after gaining his degree in Management and Marketing.
His work experience in the care industry ranges from Care Giver through to Manager and Director. His positions have included New Business Development, Business Development and Operations Manager and Head of Service in various care companies. This has enabled him to know the healthcare industry intimately.
Dariusz has a strong work ethic and is enthusiastic about his home care business and the people it helps.
Zul Mamon, Director
Zul is a qualified and registered pharmacist and has previously worked as a Regional Pharmacy Manager and National Pharmacy Manager for companies such as Superdrug and Woolworths.
He has also worked as Director of Retail Operations and Member Services for the pharmacy support group Avicenna.
Additionally, his role as a Chief Strategy Officer for a care agency has enabled him to get an in-depth insight into the care industry.
Currently, along with being the Director of Blue Angel Care, he is also the Founder and Managing Director of Pharma Experts, Canna Growth Hub and Trimed Limited.
Dariusz and Zul’s journey to find Blue Angel Care
During their time working together, Dariusz and Zul realized that they were both dissatisfied with the level of care and treatment of staff. They were conscious that Care Givers often don’t receive the level of support they need, and clients are frequently given only the most basic level of care. That’s when they decided to give rise to Blue Angel Care in 2015. Blue Angel Care commits to improve the quality of care and focus on people rather than numbers.
The Berkshire branch opened in 2017 and following its success, including achieving ‘Good’ status with the CQC in 2018, the Hampshire branch was opened (February 2019). Recently, we have expanded our healthcare services in East Hampshire and Surrey branch (March 2020).
