Meet the South East England Home Care Team

I started working for Blue Angel Care in September 2018 as a Care Manager and opened the Basingstoke location. I am now the Registered Manager of our Basingstoke, Farnborough, Farnham, and Fleet locations.

I chose this job because I love helping people and making a difference. I am a real people person, so knowing I have made a difference for someone along the way makes me truly happy. I love organisation, and that helps me endlessly in my role. When managing and mentoring staff, I love watching people grow and overcoming challenges. I am a mum of 2, family time is precious so making memories with my family is a must. My son is football-mad, so it’s all precious to me, whether this is standing on the sideline, taking the children out for days, or walking the dogs.

I started working as a Training and Development Officer for Blue Angel Care in February 2019.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my journey so far, training care givers and supporting them in their development. I love helping others make a difference for our clients. I am a mum of 4, and my children, even though they are growing up, are my absolute world. I love family time with them, and that is what I thoroughly love about working for Blue Angel Care: they fully understand how important family time is for everyone.

My name is Monika and I have been enjoying working with Blue Angel Care since 2019.

I have two children, and I live in Basingstoke with my youngest son. My job is not just a job for me because I enjoy helping everyone. I started working as a Senior care giver in 2020, and since April 2023, I have been working as a Care Specialist in our Basingstoke office. My role is to support our clients and care givers in solving their problems and meeting their needs. I am extremely happy to work in our large Blue Angel family where everyone strives to do their best for our clients and their families. I am excited about the future and look forward to furthering my education and gaining more experience both in the office and in the field.

Hi, my name is Holly and I am a Care Specialist at Blue Angel Care.

I started working for Blue Angel in February 2023 as a care giver who was brand new to care! I never thought about working in care but I wanted a change in careers so I jumped at the chance, and I am so glad I did. I met so many lovely carers and clients and have since progressed to a Care Specialist. I have been a Care Specialist since March 2024 and I love helping clients in meeting their needs as well as providing the support for the cares. I love working for Blue Angel Care as it is like a family and I love seeing people achieve great things. I am excited to continue my journey with Blue Angel Care. When I am not working, I am spending time out with my friends or going to car shows.
